Bylaws
Every Motorcycle Club that's ever lasted longer than a matter of several years has been run by a certain code, a matter of heirarchy and law to which the brothers and sisters of every MC abides. This MC is no different and in the best interests of both the inidividual and the Sons of Anarchy Club, we expect these bylaws to be respected and followed by ALL MEMBERS.
1. The Sons of Anarchy Club (Prospect crew, if you haven't earned the full patch yet) is to remain your active Crew. No other MC's allowed.
2. There is to be no other Motorcycle Club outside of the Sons of Anarchy Club, represented by any member of the Club.
3. There is to be no hostile action taken against members of the Sons of Anarchy Club. Any member guilty of pre-meditated killing of a fellow member of the MC will be considered to a Mayhem Vote in which they may be voted out by the Club and killed on sight.
4. During Club meetings, Club Rides held by the Motorcycle Club, members are expected to ride Choppers and Road Bikes. Only time you are allowed to ride street bikes is when you are on your own or when we do fun shit.
5. Do not shoot upon another Motorcycle Club unless they first shoot upon you. This is an imperative rule which we must respect if we are to support our fellow Bikers within San Andreas.
6. The Club will be governed by ten (10) rank positions, President, Vice President, Commissioners, and Lieutenants.
7. All Prospects will be expected to follow the instructions of any member wearing the full patch of the Sons of Anarchy Club. Failure to adhere to this bylaw may result in the end of the prospecting period and refusal of entry into the Club.
8. All Prospects must ride with us and show active participation in all Club events, you must wear your patch and prove you are worthy as a biker and a brother to this Club.
9. All probates must prospect for a duration of at least one month before the Club will consider whether or not you're worthy of the patch (SOAC).
Anyone refusing to abide to the Bylaws of the Motorcycle Club will risk coming under the consideration of the Table, the leading members of the Club taking your position under advisement and proceeding to consider your disciplinary consequences. No member of the Sons of Anarchy Club are exempt from these Bylaws, from Prospect to President, these are the codes we live by.
